Because they take quality one step further at Peters-Revington, building great furniture is only part of the story.
HERE'S WHY... Great People Every Peters-Revington employee is a member of their quality control team. As skilled craftsmen, many of these people have been building Peters- Revington furniture one generation after another for more than 50 years, and you can be sure that they take as much pride in building quality home furnishings as your customers take in owning them.
Finest Materials Furniture is only as good as the materials used to build it. That's why they use only the finest hardwoods – Oak, Cherry, Alder, and Maple. They realize that each type of wood has unique characteristics, and they strive to match each furniture style to the wood most-suited to the design and function of the piece.
The famous Peters-Revington finish is a process that gives each piece of furniture its final character, beauty, and protection. Eight separate layers of stain, sealer, and lacquer are followed by highlighting, distressing, and hand-padding. Finally, they hand-rub each piece for a smooth, rich finish.
